This type of program are for the more serious students who wish to excel in the competitive world of Karatedo. This class prepares students in competition for SPARRING (KUMITE) & FORMS (KATA). We follow under the strict rules of WKF (World Karatedo Federation) and base our training under these rules. We currently have students of the club who are consistent members of the NSW State Team and the Australian National Squad
