Our Team

Our Instructors have spent many years devoted to training in the art of Karate and other martial arts and have attained a certain level of expertise to qualify them as teachers and also mentors.

Through extensive testing, certification and tournament level competition, our staff have attained mastery in this martial art and now enjoy sharing their skill and passing it on to their students.

Michael Pearn

• 2^nd Dan Black Belt
• Australian champion under 67kgs sparring – multiple years
• Member of the Australian National team
• Currently completing his engineering degree
• He enjoys teaching kids and the kids loves his drills and circuits during training.

Reggy Rigor

• 1^st Dan Black Belt
• Australian Champion under 60kg sparring
• Currently completing his engineering degree
• Students from his classes love training with him. They come out feeling worked up yet enjoys every bit of it!
• Always a high level work out with him

Mark Mikha

• Kids Specialists! Loves working with kids and gets their complete attention!
• Joined PDK in 2011. Came from our sister club in Baulkham Hills
• 1^st Dan Black Belt
• Always keeping the kids engaged with exciting and fun exercises.
• Always helpful to students when they have questions

Scott Williams

• 1^st Dan Black Belt
• Joined PDK in 2011. Came from our sister club in Baulkham Hills
• Spends time with students who needs extra help with curriculum

John Goergas

• 1^st Junior  Black Belt
• Joined PDK since he was 9 years old
• Australian Champion – kata – multiple years
• Consistent member of the Australian National Team
• Very creative with his exercises and drills
• Shares his experience training with top coaches around the athletes around the world!
• Junior students look up to him and want to be like him
• Very loyal and helpful

Andrew Mikha

• 1^st Dan Back Belt
• Joined PDK since 2011. Came from our sister club in Baulkham Hills
• Loves working with kids!
• Very approachable. Just ask him anything and he will be happy to help you out.
